Problem

Georgiou Group, a national building and civil construction company, needed a more effective way to manage health hazard exposure risks and meet stringent regulatory compliance requirements. Existing systems lacked the oversight and automation required to track health surveillance across a large and diverse workforce. This created administrative burden, compliance risk, and challenges in demonstrating a proactive approach to employee wellbeing and corporate responsibility.

Implementation

Carelever partnered with Georgiou Group to implement Carelever as a single source of truth for occupational health data. Together, they implemented job profiles tailored to high-risk roles, automated health monitoring workflows, and migrated existing records into Carelever. Training was delivered to HR, HSE, and Injury Management teams, ensuring the system was embedded into day-to-day operations.​

Results

Carelever has enabled Georgiou Group to move from manual tracking to a proactive, automated system that reduces administrative workload, strengthens compliance, and provides real-time visibility of employee health data.
